PAVEMENT CORE DRILLING MACHINE.
This compact core-drilling machine is designed to produce cores up to 150mm dia from asphalt, concrete and similar materials, the basic unit is portable and can be dismantled for ease transportation. Used with the correct impregnated drill barrels, high quality cores can be obtained with a fast penetration rate. The equipment comprises a base unit with support columns, feed unit and motor with water swivel attachment. The base unit has adjustable feet to eliminate the need of counter weights. All drills have the facility for rapid return of the feed unit at completion of job. Without of diamond impregnated core bits.

Bitumen Centrifuge - Extractor
Conforming to specifications ASTM D 2172. This instrument is used for determination and checking of bitumen percentage in bituminous mix, the mix is added with solvent and dissolved bitumen is removed by centrifugal action. Consists of a removable aluminum rotor bowl, capacity 1500 gms. This shaft and thus the bowl are rotated fast manually by enclosed gears in the cast body and handle. Solvent is introduced during the test through the holes in the cap of the housing.
